Success can be achieved from nothing. It requires hard work, passion, persistency, intensity, and above all the proper knowledge to pursue the opportunities to take at the right time at the right place. To do so, there is no alternative to education. I am Rabbir Rashedin Tirno, Lecturer, Department of Management Studies, Jahangirnagar University. I have completed my graduation in Management Studies and post-graduation in Human Resource Management from Jahangirnagar University. Currently, I am looking forward to developing my career through my research works and contribute to the development of the modern business arena.
